Hello
don't know if I am on the right forum but anyhow:

from time to time we get feedback from our customer
that we produced a bad part "wrong positioning of the element"
also see attachment .
the problem is that we have a sensor that checks for presence
but if you turn the element you still see the element
so you can assemble in a false way

does anyone have a idea to guarantee OK assembly?

does anyone have a idea to guarantee OK assembly?Certainly: Make it asymmetrical. An extra bend (outwards from the frame) for instance, would hit thin air when the pipe is assembled correctly, and come into conflict with the frame when upside down, thereby making incorrect assembly (at least that kind) impossible.
