Insulation diagram for a medical electrical equipment

This maybe off the subject a bit but I am doing this for the first time.
I need to put together a system safety diagram for the Medial product we are developing. This would include from the wall plug 115/230 vac to the interface with the patient. Does anyone have an example safety diagram that I could use as reference?

Do you mean an insulation diagram? Is this for showing IEC 60601-1 insulation, line the ones in this page:http://www.mecassociates.us/isodgms.htm?

If so, please confirm so that i can move this thread to the IEC 60601-1 forum.
