Contract Review for Repeated POs from Medical, Aerospace and Automotive Customers

Hi,
My company is manufacturing cable assemblies and we are ISO 13485, AS9100 certified. We are getting PO regularly from medical.aerospace and automotive customers. We need to conduct Contract Review upon reciept of PO to ensure manufacturing feasabilityand risk assessment . Do we need to conduct contract review for repeated PO recieved from the customers as per the standard.

Hello Vimal.
You need to review some requirements related to the product.
As the product requirements are defined and understood both you and your the customer are completely clear about this. (Since you say repeated PO)
You have to now review :
1. Every order requirement about other things apart from product requirements., or anything different from previously expresed.
2. Review if you can meet these requirements.

These can be quantity, delivery time, delivery location, other terms etc etc ...

You will check if you can honor them after you assess all your resources and its availability for this PO along with your other business committed PO's AND resolve as necessary with the customer and confirm and maintain records that show these have been done.

Note this :

Where the customer provides no documented statement of requirement, the customer requirements shall be confirmed by the organization before acceptance.

Where product requirements are changed, the organization shall ensure that relevant documents are amended and that relevant personnel are made aware of the changed requirements.
