"Time of Demonstration" requirement for Reliability Test

Hi,

I need to define a reliability demonstration test plan that will ensure an MTBF of 500 hours for a product with 99% reliability and 90% confidence with zero failures. I have calculated the 'Time of demonstration' as 2291.05 hours for a sample of 50 units (see attachment). Does it mean that each product need be tested for 46 hours (2291.05 / 50) in order to meet the requirement or all the all products needs to be tested for 2291.05 hours in order to meet the reliability requirement?

It means that all 50 units must run to 2291.05 without failure.
