ISO 3864-4 Symbol Color Regulations

I need the color specification surrounding ISO7010:2011, Symbol M002 or ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1:2005 symbol 10 of Table D.2. This is the new symbol of the man holding a book in a blue circle.

The color scheme of ISO3864-4 should be followed which provides colorimetric and photometric properties together with references from color order system."

That's what I figured but I couldn't find any color references. I just figured I'd post the picture I found. How precisely defined are the colors of the symbols? I haven't read ISO3864-4.
