Laser Micrometer Suggestion (if any) for diameters that are +/-.0001 inch

I am looking at possibly changing the measurement method of a part we have. The part has several diameters that are +/-.0001 and the super bench micrometer I am currently using I don't think is accurate enough.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a laser micrometer (or other device) that I can buy that would be suitable? The specific part is all under 1" diameter. I have other parts up to 2.5 inch diameter that, if the device can measure, I can use to justify the cost (if the device goes that high).

With a tolerance of 0.0001", which are class Z type from 0-0.85 inches (if I remember), we use a Zygo 1200 Gold laser mic. It measures from 0.004 to 1 inch. They may have suggestions on other laser mics that go up to your requirement of 2.5 inches.
