For clarification purpose, is your organization certified to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000 or HACCP and does this cleaning program need to comply with any specific requirements?

I have moved your first post to this subforum ISO 22000, HACCP (21 CFR 120) and Food Safety and I am sure someone will come up and reply to you or ask more details. Have a look at other threads in this forum as well. Perhaps you could find something close to what you are seeking.
Thank you so much! We are not yet preparing for ISO, but we'll get there. The company I used to work for has integrated quality management system though. I was in charged with the Document and records management system.
