Hello,

My Customer rejected our normal PPAP Standard and want to receive PPAP according QS-9000, rev.4. Does anyone have a template ( PSW template ) or something, which can help me?

Good Morning and welcome to the Cove!

The first step is to acquire the (AIAG) PPAP Manual 4th Edition, because that's the document your Customer is referring to. This document includes the various (updated) forms required for PPAP submittal. You may want to explore the APQP forum on The Cove. Lots of good information and examples.

Hope this helps you to get started.
