Hello Franfusco,

Search this forum for MSA = measurement system analysis.

A lot of discussions have already taken place and for sure your question has been in those discussions.
For starters, look at the similar threads at the bottom of this page.

Afterwards, If you have more specific questions, come again and i am sure you will get help here.

Best regards,

Antoine

You've posted some very general questions in the past few days--which are welcome, of course--but if you'd tell us a little more about what you're doing we can give better information. It seems that you're either a student or new to the quality profession. In either case, we're happy to help.

Franfusco,

Thank you for your question. Many of my Fellow Covers are ready and willing to lend you a hand. However, it would help them and you if you can provide more details. More detailed questions generate usually more specific responses. Most of the folks here are very busy quality professionals and do not have all the time to guess what you are looking for.

In the mean time, you may want to scroll down on this page and find links to MSA and GR&R. You can also do a search and hopefully find what you are looking for.

Stijloor.

Re: How would you Verify Repeatability and Reproducibility of Measurement Systems?

Hello Franfusco,

To maximize benefits from using the forum, I would suggest you do the following:

1. Please revisit posts you made and answer and/or clarify any queries made so that fellow Covers can help you further. This is especially relevant because most of your questions are so general in nature.

2. When you attempt to answer any queries, do it in the specific thread that the question was asked. Starting another thread to answer a query is poor practice because the people who originally asked the question will not be aware that their question had been answered in another thread.
