ISO 9004:9000 Case study needed
I'm preparing a presentation about ISO 9004:2000. I want to bring more insight into that area for the participants through a case study or some kind of a training game.
Can someone help me with materials? Right now I'm really clueless...

Well I'm clueless too, because there really isn't enough info here to give much of a response.
But have you thought about the fact that your timing might be a little wrong? Given that there's a new version of 9004 in preparation?

And, differently from the 9001 revision, the current proposals for the 4th Edition of ISO 9004, signify a major departure from the current document.
You can read this Quality Digest article and also peruse this thread < ISO 9004:2009 - Managing for Sustainability – A Quality Management System Approach >concerning the upcoming changes to the ISO 9004 document, but like Jane already mentioned, your timing may be off.

Re: ISO 9004:9000 Case study needed
I'm thinking we have someone who doesn't know what 9004:2000 is and what it is intended for.
I've never heard of a case study for a guidance document

Re: ISO 9004:9000 Case study needed
...actually ISO9004:2000 is a guidelines for performance improvements… and perhaps he is really into the case study of guidelines for performance improvements…
...anyway, since you are looking for some kind of training game… the most popular is the question & answer game… where you are going to develop a questionnaires (of course taken from the training you are going to conduct)… ask them to form a group (if you have big number of participants) and designate a representative from each group, and that is… ask a question, and let the first one who raise his hand (or whatever rules you set-up) answer the question… the first group who got the 5 correct answers would be declared winner…
…and the winner group would have a 1-month free holiday to Tokyo Disney Land… he he he, just suggesting…
