Question Manufacturer vs. manufactured by - What is the difference?

What is the difference between “Manufacturer” vs. “manufactured by” on the labelling? Are there special requirements in different states (e. g. United States, Canada)?

I would agree that they're probably the same, but would recommend you check labeling laws/rules/guidelines for wherever the product is sold.
