So, they run on tracks? Wouldn't that be a train? I think I need to get out more, maybe to someplace outside of the boonies where there is actually public transportation.

Hurry, before they are all gone from lack of public funding. Apparently, public transportation is not self-sustainable in many areas. Might be why you see so few trolleys and interurbans. Some folks want to defy financial logic and try to build them again with public money. All aboard!

Looks like China is thinking "out of the box" for traffic congestions. Lately, the traffic in big cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen is driving people crazy.
