Shipping Release Documentation Samples

I am setting up a process and doucments for supplier shipping release. Including inspection forms, shipping infomation, lot traceability, PO #s, Lot contents.... Is there a templet sample out there?

Do you have any contract requirements for documents the customer requires? Are you shipping medical devices or rubber ducks for kids to play with in the bath?

This is a new supplier for our company and we will not have any representative @ the plant to audit the product after the initial build. I am setting up a porcess for the supplier to give us COC, inspection documents.... so we can verify that the supplier have done the required inspection and signed off on the quality of the product. This is a children product so safety is of high priorty. Their inspection plan have functional and visual safety inspection buiilt into them.
