QCP (Quality Control Plan) from client with EN 10204 type 3.1 Material Certificates

Dear all,
Today I received QCP (Quality Control Plan) from cleint. all materials certificates for the project are EN 10204 3.1 & EN 10204 3.2.
I don`t know it, can you help me this document ?
