Integrated Circuits Stress Qualification Tests Accredited Laboratory Needed!

Hi,

I need to source the accredited Lab for the Integrated Circuit (IC) Stress Test Qualification, but I didn't find the Labs that can perform the following test, does anyone have the recommended Lab that can perform the following test, thanks!!! (To meet ISO/TS16949 semiconductor commidity's requirement)
1. Electrothermally - Induced Gate Leakage (AEC-Q100-006)
2. Electromagnetic Compatibility (SAE J1752/3 - Radiated emissions)

I know of one accredited lab that does testing for the semi-conductor industry. The lab is White Mountain, located in Phoenix, AZ, U.S.

You can pull up their scope of accreditation and the contact information at this location:

Select the accreditation listings, and search for White Mountain Labs.

Thanks for your information, I had check the scope of white mountain, they only can perform the ESD test for IC industry, but they cannot provide the service for the test items that I listed. Anyway, thanks for your information again!!!

DVD where are you located?

Have you tried Simco Electronics? They have Labs all over the U.S. specifically for electronic calibrations and standard metrology etc...

I had check the Lab that you recommended, it seems only provide the calibration only, no reliability test that provided by this company. Thanks!!!

Search with google by typing 'AEC-Q100-006+test' and 'SAE J1752/3+test' - simply too much info there. I think you can get what you want or at least leads to what you want.
