Upcoming Changes to RABQSA Lead Auditor Certifications
I recently found out from the RABQSA that they will be loosening up the Lead Auditor certification requirements in early 2007. For qualification-based certifications only, the witnessing requirements for Lead Auditors will be abolished. Their goal is to have the changes effective in January 2007 or soon afterwards. I learned this in response to my statements to the RABQSA that it was virtually impossible to become a certified OHSMS Lead Auditor.
