Decision on NC - Specific department's internal audit
This query is more related to decision on NC within a specific department.
Dueing internal audit a gap w.r.t. Quality standard is visible during the audit of a particular group. However part of implementation is dependent on other group and that has been followed up for some time.
From the criticality point of view the gaps exists for almost a year and considering the facts it’s NC…. but the department being audited has its limitations in fulfilling the same.
Is the NC still applicable to be raised here on the department being audited.
