Greetings!!

Long time lurker, 1st time new poster.

Could please give me some examples on who your company has designated the cutomer rep? Just what does this person do when they are not fighting crime?

Their duties listed in the standard seem pretty broad. Just wondering how others have handled it.

My company is small (100 peeps) and is into the metal stampin' and fabricatin' business.
