Tonight we hear that Metronet, the organisation responsible for maintaining London's Underground tube train tracks, is alledgedly facing the threat of administration. We're always championing that the quality system is good for business, so the QMS, or the influence of the MRQ on management, must be ineffective when an organisation goes out of business?
