Evaluate Customer Satisfaction without having to send questionnaires
Hello To all
To start I want to congratulate this forum.
I ask for your help again, we have sent innumerable questionnaires of satisfaction to our customers, and few answer.
I have heard to speak in VOC (voice of costumer), this tool is useful?
With ours inputs I will be able to evaluate the satisfaction of the customer, without having to send the questionnaires?
