Seeking supply chain diagram & supplier quality performance procedure

Can anyone provide a supply chain diagram & supplier quality performance procedure. I would greatly appreciate it! I started working for a new company and I came in mid stream of a Chrysler Audit!! We are missing so many things and I am a one man QC department at the time. I would greatly appreciate any and all assistance with these documents where I could tweak them to my situation versus creating from scratch.

Not sure what a Supply chain Diagram is or why you need it?...

I didn't look hard enough. One of the PSO requirements is to provide a supply chain diagram. I am not quite sure what I need either. I am going to have to ask our customer if someone here does not know...

I appreciate your help and hopefully anyone else that can provide.

I'm not sure if that's similar to what you want or not.
