Automotive product transferring process what requirement to comply?

Hi Folks,

We have the Automotive product with fixed the plan lay out and machine, unfortunately the production manager is going to transfer running to another machine which never use for automotive product, what the requirement to comply and do the transfering process need to inform customer? i.e. re-submit the new PPAP or APQP to customer. maybe some one can share their experience or advise.

You must notify your customer, and they will decide whether to PPAP and if so, what the PPAP content will be (See PPAP 4th ed page 13 section 3.1)
