Communication Tools within an Organization
Hi all
i would like to know what is in your opinion the best tools for communication within an organization:
i would start with my opinion on that:
- direct quick chat: good to progress, to ask about one bundle activity
- mails: good for tracability, also perfect to keep on hold tasks that still required but with lower priority than what you are doing in the present moment, also to have feedback about one request that you have send now but that you would check or need later.
- video; presentation : easy way to transfer requirement or information
- meeting: best if it has an organized framework mean : with scope, time of start and end, with adding value
why i'm launching this question, it is several time, i see people state that as instance a meeting is the only way for communication and ignore others tools or the reverse situation
