Thought Covers involved in sustainability or environment may be interested. This recycling program is still in development. But I spoke with our vendor (supplier) and he knows about this and will let us know when it begins.

Anytime you have composite blends that can create recycling issues. This is one of those areas in the waste heirachy that you have to move to an upper level of the 7 Rs. Possibly Refuse, as a Consumer or Re-engineer, as a manufacturer. Also, a lot of plastic (all RICs) are being melted into blobs that are used to clean the furnaces in steel mills. There is a company in Chicago that does this, depending on prices of material
