Please Help! Transitioning from ISO 9001 to TS 16949 - Where to start and what to do?

up to now, we have establish and finish some years implement the ISO 9001 cer, for the furture, my com will apply TS 16949. Can you show me the best way to conduct and fulfill it

In addition to the gap analysis, you need to attend an awareness training on TS16949 and conduct a Mangement Review.
