I have attached an excel file that contains many different types of processes, and questions that would be appropriate. I have not had to do coating as of yet, but there is a folder titled process- that is partially empty. One of the things I always do is pull from our specifications and review to see what the specifics are that we require, and what generic questions should be included. So, if you have some specific requirements, then you could rephrase them in a question and add to the audit checklists.

I realize this is more than you asked for, but hope it helps. You will find there are questions that are repeated in each process. Also, check out the last file.
