Dear All
Have a nice day. Before starting a new project you need to identify your SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) based on this study you have to analyze the requirements of new projects (commercial, Techinical, Process, Personnel skills, Packing, Despatch and any special requirements.)
Make a checklist with covering all the risks involved in the with your new projects. If the identified risks, make contingency plan.
Thankyou,
