Hi all
Can someone give me some practical guides on how to satisfy the below requirement:
The organization shall establish processes to ensure that monitoring and measurement can be carried out and are carried out in a manner that is consistent with the monitoring and measurement requirements.Which type of processes do you use for ensuring that monitoring and measurement can be carried out and are carried out?
What are the references of monitoring and measurement requirements? Are they such as:
• Measuring equipment precision requirements
• Error (GRR, bias,…) requirements.
• Operator competence requirements
• Frequency of measuring or monitoring requirements
• Etc

Create a process for this , with process owner, metrics and KPI's , procedure.
The advice is to evalute the risk for monitoring and measurements devices that you use, based upon the impact that their measurements can have on form, fit and function of the product.
The intent is to understand how an equipment /tool of monitoring and measurement is critical for your process. You should work in conjuction with the planning of product realization process where you can understand and receive from your customer the related requirements.
