Thank You! Pneumatic Torque Wrench Calibration Procedure

We just had our TS16949 surveillance audit and there was one nonconformance which I needed help to resolve. It was the calibration of a pnematic torque wrench.

Does someone have a procedure for calibrating a pneumatic torque wrench used to tightening the bunk at s drum filing operations?

I truly appreciate the feedback. Happy 4th of July.

Torque wrenches aren't 'calibrated', they should be verified against a torque setting master. A torque wrench is a process tool, not a measuring tool, so it needs to be a controlled process which means checking it to a standard, (the setting master) and then periodically checking it again. If it can be adjusted, it should be locked to the value or replaced with a one-setting type. (or you'll have to verify it across the range)
