I've got the same thing but have been afraid to mess around with my screen resolution in case it would mess everything else up.

Read through this thread as this has been discussed before. I noticed that the scrolling is needed more when you start to read posts. The forum page itself is centered. I've tried all the options and see very little difference. I do prefer Atul's Red, though.

Thanks, at least someone noticed!!
Here are the two pictures in 800x600 resolution: first in powder blue and the other in red style. This is what I've been able to manage so far. Maybe, you'll notice the difference on forums main page or on search results (New posts) page.

On the forum page itself, the ads are along the top. When you are reading posts the ads are along the side. I just assumed that was the reason.

When the thumbnail opens, it shows up on the title bar on top. Just bustin em. I'm sure it's not in the same catagory as mine.
