Exclamation To Sidney Vianna

I wish to apologize my post regarding to the issued certificate based on the ISO/DIS 14001:2003 because i missed the addres but in the past some "serious" registrars certificated some organization against the ISO/DIS 14001:1995. Attached is the link to evidence the fact.

I saw in the internet a certificate issued in Mexico against ISO/DIS 14001:2003 but i misssed the link.

That may be so, but if you look close the certificates most likely weren't accredited.

From my end, apology accepted. I do know for a fact that (some) Registrars have issued in the past and might even continue to do so, non-accredited certificates to drafts of International Standards. So, I don't doubt the practice exists.

My point was to question the value of a non-accredited certificate to a draft of a standard.
