Automotive OEM Score Card Templates - Supplier performance measurement tool

I am working on developing a Supplier performance measurement tool at a large Automotive company in Japan.

I am looking for any examples of other Auto OEM Score Cards?

Some of the examples I have currently used histograms & radar charts.
I have a good example of a Bubble chart which allows up to 16 suppliers to be measured on the same chart. It uses 5 metrics including Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology & Volume of Business.

Have you got any examples ?
Can you give me your opinions ?

Thanks

Thanks,
I had searched the forum and seen previous threads on this.
\i would actually like actual examples wether they be Excel, Power Point or screen shots of software.

I have a lot of information on the DaimlerChrysler Balanced Scorecard which seems a good template.

Attached is a excel example

Are you a automotive supplier ?
Can you show me the scorecard template that you receive from customers ?

Thanks
Chris

Thanks,
I would like to thank you for replying.
This seems a bit of a poor example. I have the opportunity to mould the design of a Performance Measurement tool that will be used for over 400 suppliers.

I have examples from Nissan, GM (SupplyPower) & DaimlerChrysler(EBSC).
Though the daimlerchrysler scorecard seems over complicated at first, I kind of like the principle of showing five features Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology & Volume of business on one chart. It could also be a fair tool to support procurement decision as cost alone is not the deciding factor. Opposed to some othe OEM's where cost is the main factor and sometimes with complete disregard for Quality or Delivery.

Cheers

Chris

Sorry it was a poor example for you. However, that is what our automotive customer has been using for us during the last 6 years.

I would recommned simply deciding what information you want to communicate, and develop a very simple method to communicate it. Keep it simple and clear, and tell them what they need to improve.

Some companies also show data from comparable suppliers to give an extra push (this can be done anonymously - Supplier A, B, C, ...)
