SPC in job shop? CNC machine producing a max of 50 pieces per job

can anyone please help me in finding a way to approach SPC in job shop. it's a CNC machine and prodcuing a max of 50 pieces per job. what methodology should i use and how should i approach the problem

Is there a requirement for you to perform SPC?

It would seem your runs are too small for practical SPC application.

Agree that "Short Run" may be the ticket.

I found this on the net, it's a presentation for Short Run and it's easy to follow.
