CDSCO’s checklist on importing non-critical IVD products in India

The Indian Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) has issued a Check list of documents to be submitted for the grant of form 10 licenses for the import of non –critical diagnostic kits/reagents. The checklist provides guidance on the types of documents that manufacturers would have to submit and related procedures. For more details refer the here and access other medical devices related documents refer the page of Medical devices on the CDSCO website.

Re: CDSCO’s checklist on importing non-critical IVD products in India

Hey,

I Know that non-critical IVD products (except those specified in Schedule X) need not require registration in India for importing. The fees for registration of a product is $1,500.
Do you happen to know the fees for getting the importing licence alone?

Thanks,
Shalini
