Sample Audit Report of an Investment Company - Audit help needed

Hello seniors..

i am working in a govt. orgnztn (Investment Division) in 1 of a GCC countries. we invest in shares, bond & money market,,
I have been asked to do Internal Audit. so far i was doing just vouching, BRC, chcking market value. now my boss wants me to do some serious audit reporting especially on investment side. i dont know how to begin reporting..

if some1 can show me real time sample audit report of an Investment company..some questionaire,,some remarks/suggestion ,,how to put on the report..

basically, my job was in accounts dept..looking after the payroll and reconciling suspense acc,

i am not a professional auditor and dont have prior audit experience..especially reporting side.

Kindly suggest either with the report data or some helpful links...
