I couldn't find an appropriate forum topic to discuss EPA requirements, so I'm hoping this finds its way to someone who's familiar with the process.
I'm working with an ultraviolet light device manufacturer. The device is used for disinfecting hospital surfaces and equipment. I've already confirmed the process - I need to request a company number first, then fill out and submit the application for the establishment registration.
Does anyone know how long this process takes? I submitted the letter requesting the company number three weeks ago, and haven't heard a response. I've tried contacting multiple telephone numbers at EPA but always run into a brick wall.
Should I resubmit the letter requesting the company number? They give you four options, email, fax, US Mail, or hand deliver. I emailed the request at the beginning of the month.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. If you have a contact telephone number for company numbers that would be awesome, as well.
