I am in need of assistance.
I need to perform an internal audit on:

Customer Related processes

Handling complaint and customer response/investigations, documentation

Does anyone have any experience on this?

What do you mean? Are you asking for guidance on how to construct an internal audit that addresses these elements of your quality system?

Yes. I just constructed one, but I am in need of making my document more precise. Could you please advise.
