a well represented/inspected company will have very little on the report except details that apply to that company's provided evidence examples.

what is the purpose of the question? perhaps there is a better example/answer to give you.

May I suggest...
Start with the ISO 10011-1 Para 5.4 Audit documents. This details the contents of the report--and applies to all quality system audits.
If you wish to get more elaborate, find copipes of the various accreditation body report "models" as they are alluded to in the QS-9000 Appendix B Paragraph 8. If you have a registrar, the report you receive must abide one of the models their accreditation body requires.
