Ford Dimensional Tag Characteristics requirements

I'm unable to locate the Ford requirements for dimensions that have tag numbers. The tags are identified like a hexagon with a T1 or T2 inside.

Does anyone know if the Ford tag numbers require Cpk data and in process monitoring?

I believe the tagging (T1...Txx for transmission parts) are only intended to facilitate or unify the numbering or ballooning process that component sources place beside every measureable dimension or feature control. Without it the supplier has to send their ballooned copy back to Ford and Ford has to store both copies in their system.
