Obviously the inputs are a good start point but I would also concentrate on the outputs. I see many good agendas for management review but fewer good outputs i.e. few or no actions assigned to anyone to make improvements as a result of what was discussed. If you are not careful, the management review just becomes somewhere to complain about things not having gone well or for people to quote excuses why things went wrong. On a similar point, don't forget to celebrate your successes.
