Accounting for Drawing Notes in PPAP

In the Aerospace Industry the First Article Inspection process requires all dimensions and notes to be accounted for. We are working to incorporate PPAPs instead of FAI for some of our components. It is unclear to me through reading the 4th Edition PPAP manual where all of the notes on the drawing would be verified.

Would anyone be able to enlighten me as to what PPAP element flows the requirement to have the notes verified/measured?

This is dependent on the notes.
Notes on functional requirements would be in the functions area and materials in the materials, etc..
As you are not bound by PPAP you can choose where you put them as is logical for you
