I am employed by a Company manufacturing titanium components for the Aerospace Industry and have been asked by the Customer to provide type 2.2certificates for each component. We already provide certificates of conformity for all deliveries. Having looked at the standard it appears the certificate is based upon non-specific inspection results. Can anyone who has been asked to do the same provide any advice on the information they provided or examples of certificates they themselves have provided.

thanks

As far as I remember the standard is divided into 2 formats as you said 2 which is a standard decleration and 3 which is results.
I think that the requirement is not for another certificate but all the information which is required will be on your COC and then add COC according to 10204 2.2.
I think that most reports from plastic suppliers are in that format.
