Hi All,
I am new to JMP and well I am having a little trouble with it. I am running a GR&R for a film thickness tool (non-destructive.) I have had 49 sites on 3 wafers measured by 3 operators. I know the site count is high, but I wanted to make sure the recipe and sites were what we were actually measuring.
I entered the data in JMP as follows:
Column 1: Site #
Column 2: X position
Column 3: Y position
Column 4: Operator
Column 5: Trial #
Column 6: Thickness measured
From there I select Graph>Variability/Gauge Chart then I use Thickness as the y,response and Site, Operator for the X, grouping.
I then select Gauge Studies>Gauge RR. Then I get this error
"Grouping columns cannot be Continuous."
I think it is telling me to adjust/sort/calculate my columns differently, but I can't figure out exactly what it wants....
JMP experts out there please help this lost soul.
