Please Help! Identifying Potential Automotive Suppliers before Developing New Products

Hi,

Can anybody help me out how to answer for the below interview questions...

1. How will you identify potential automotive suppliers before developing new product?

2. How will you whether the identified supplier is risk or not?

Thanks, Harikrishnan
