Is there a Canadian Aviation Regulations discussion forum?

I am looking for a forum where I can discuss Canadian Aviation Regulations. I am foucused on CARs 561, 571 & 573. Asking our TCCA PMI doesn't always seem appropriate. Any forums out there for CARs? Any help would be appreciated.

I agree that it would be beneficial to discuss the Canadian Aviation Regulations. I certainly am interested in participating.

I am not a frequent poster here so I wouldn't know where to start. I am more of a lurker than moderator. I would have to read a few of the rules before starting but I am glad there are interested parties. Any guidance welcomed.
