Bevel Protractor - Which one to choose?

I am planning to purchase a bevel protractor to check the angles of sheet metal panels coming off the brake.

The picture on the left is a more ubiquitous one that I've seen in many tool catalogs, but then I happen to have come across another one - the picture on the right.

Has anyone ever used the one on the right?

The one on the left has two features I like that the one on the other apparently doesn't: a magnifier and an acute-angle attachment. If your brake work mostly involves 45s and 90s, you might want to opt for something simpler.
