We're a small manufacturer and use a home-grown MS SharePoint 3.0 system hosted by Apptix.com. SharePoint integrates well with our MS Office docs. It can be customized endlessly with or without programming.

We use Agile which is a PLM and doc control solution geared towards medical device and pharmaceutical companies that is now owned by Oracle. Could you add this to the list?

We use our ERP software Quality Module to manage our quality system. It allows for the use of outside documents as well as many of the modules have eliminated many of our homegrown forms.
