Quality Gurus, will the attached meet AS-9100 req'ts?

Yeah, to me it doesn't say "what" "Risk" is and "how" "Risk" is going to be "managed".
There is no substance to the procedure. All this procedure gives me is more questions and very few answers. Procedures should do more than direct you to other procedures and documents.

After alot of study I have revised it. Thanks for the feedback.

Per Randy I stated what risk is and where it is analyzed. Added more detail. Our TS/ISO system fits pretty well with AS9100 so I am lucky in that respect.
