Green belt training - Seeking training materials

Hi!
I have been asked to give the production site a traininng for green/white belt. I been searching the internet for information but can´t find anything suitable.
The point with this training is to educate the blue collar team and production managers so they can work with CI in the future.

Green belt material

David, I would recommend doing a search for a company that is called, "Productivity Press". I used some of there material for a 5S and JIT implementation I did in my facility. They offer material that is advanced as well as material that is written for shop floor personel. If that dose not work try the following web site: http://qualitypress.asq.org. I also found some good material there.

Juran has a training kit for about $115 I think. I can't testify as to the quality but it may be what you need. You can try Juran's site, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or the ASQ bookstore.
