Attribute Gage R&R on Torque Wrench

I would like to do an Attribute gage R&R on a torque wrench (clicker type) if possible. Would like to perform this on a nut that we are resistance welding to a channel. The spec. we are using is 148 ft lb Min., which is what the torque wrench is set at. Not sure how to go about this. Any help appreciated.
